I spent yesterday in Salt Lake shooting free portraits, shutteling people back and forth from the shelters, handing out food, and hanging out with other photographers. We had a printing kiosk so everyone left with their photos in hand. Some of the volunteers had been collecting donations of clothing, shoes, coats, etc for a few weeks so not only did people get a meal and photos but many of them filled a couple bags with clothing. It was a great day.
